In addition to
Sail Training, Dreamseekers offer other services to the yachtsman - Delivery and
Yacht Charter.
1. Delivery : Dreamseekers will deliver your new boat back to the UK from
anywhere in Europe.
As our
primary business is training, why not take advantage of our skills
and take a RYA course while we deliver your new yacht?...
...Or, why not make a holiday of it? We will skipper your new boat,
handing control over to you en route as you become accustomed to
her? ...
... Or, how about taking a holiday cruising the inland waterways or
the Mediterranean, and let us complete the delivery when your time
runs out? ...
Deliveries costed on a basis of £180 per day + expenses. Quotations
may be given on distances in excess of 500 miles.
2.
Yacht Charter
You won’t find a prettier starting point than Port Pendennis Marina.
A typical day could see you sailing in the sheltered waters of
Carrick Roads, anchoring up in one of the many picturesque
anchorages for lunch, followed by an afternoon’s sail in Falmouth
Bay.
A week’s cruise could take you as far as the Isles of Scilly or in
and out of the many creeks and fishing villages of South West
Cornwall. For the more adventurous, “going foreign” is reasonable.
With the North Coast of Brittany and the Channel Islands little more
than 100 miles away, you can fill up your locker with duty free and
be back in a week.
"Barolo" a Gib’sea 402 (Master version), is the main
school

short-handed, with all control lines led aft to the cockpit. She has
a fully-equipped galley (cooker with oven and grill, and
refrigerator) with hot and cold pressurised water-system, shower and
two toilets (one en-suite). She sleeps 5 in two double cabins + the
saloon (skipper + 4 guests).
"Temptress" a Gib’sea 352 (Master version), is very like "Barolo",
but smaller. Again, she is specified to the MCA Code of Practice
with full safety equipment and has a fully-equipped galley (cooker
with oven and grill, and refrigerator) with hot and cold pressurised
water-system, shower and toilet. She sleeps 5 in two double cabins +
the saloon (skipper + 4 guests).
"Calypso" a Gib’sea 372 (Charter version), is very like "Barolo",
but has two double aft-cabins. Also specified to the MCA Code of
Practice with full safety equipment, she has a fully-equipped galley
(cooker with oven and grill, and refrigerator) with hot and cold
pressurised water-system, shower and toilet. She sleeps 6 in two
double cabins + the saloon (skipper + 5 guests).
“Barolo” , "Temptress" and will be available, for skippered charter
only, on a Saturday to Saturday basis. Lifejackets and some wet
weather gear will be provided.
